My occupation has been real estate or the housing market for as many years as I can now remember, that might be saying a lot or maybe it doesn't say enough. My interest has always been "where do you live, now where do you want to live." I started out in the early 90s as a apartment manager, then a property manager, now for more than 16 years a REALTOR. I have lived all over the South east but have always come home to South Carolina the state that I love. I was born in Sumter SC and now have lived in the Charleston area for more than 16 years. I care about my clients and I want them to say the had a good experience with me as their agent but I also want them to say they had a good real estate buying or selling experience. I have a smorgasbord of experience and education in real estate such as I have taught first year real estate and continue education. I also have taken every kind of class such as "New Home Specialist." I do have many interest outside of the housing industry such as my family, movies, books, reading, the mall, shoes, purses, seafood, wine tasting, fine dining, water, swimming, ocean views, walking, social media, and my big love gardening flowers and plants.
